Year 5 have settled back to school with great enthusiasm this week. They have demonstrated how extremely polite and hardworking they are.
They are particularly looking forward to learning about the Victorian era.
They started the week by making a presentation based around their holiday boxes, which they then followed by writing interesting recounts about their holidays. It was a valuable opportunity for me to learn about them.
The rest of the week we did spelling tests and some place value work in Numeracy, as well as their usual specialist lessons.
Well done Year 6 for settling in so well into your new class.Previous
